Looking for a festive place to bring everyone together this Christmas season? At Spring Valley Golf & Lodge in Mercer, PA, we host private Christmas parties throughout December at Hell’s Hollow Bar & Grill for groups of 12 to 80 guests.
Whether you’re planning a company party, family gathering, club event, or celebration for your organization, we’ll help you create a relaxed holiday get-together with good food, festive surroundings, and plenty of time to enjoy the people you’re celebrating with.
We love seeing our clubhouse come to life during the Christmas season.
With decorated Christmas trees, twinkling outdoor lights, and a cozy atmosphere inside Hell’s Hollow, our space is ready for all kinds of holiday gatherings. We also set up a special Christmas photo backdrop with a snow machine, giving your group a fun place to capture a few memories while everyone is together.
Our goal is to give you a place to settle in, enjoy the evening, and spend time together without worrying about all the details of hosting a party on your own.
We can accommodate private Christmas parties for 12 to 80 guests, so our space works well for both smaller gatherings and larger group celebrations.

A Christmas party isn’t complete without a good meal, and our holiday buffet gives your group several options.
You’ll select two entrees for your party, with choices including:
You’ll also choose one potato and one vegetable. Potato options include baked potatoes, mini roasted seasoned potatoes, scalloped potatoes, or mashed potatoes and gravy. For vegetables, you can choose garlic green beans or mixed vegetables.
Our buffet also includes a salad bar with garden salad, homemade macaroni salad, potato salad, pasta salad, cucumber salad, three-bean salad, and fresh rolls with butter.
It’s a simple way to give your guests a hearty holiday meal with enough variety for everyone to find something they’ll enjoy.
Our Christmas party package is $35 per person, including taxes.

We want hosting your party here to be as easy as possible. Once your group arrives, you can focus on enjoying the celebration while our team helps take care of the meal, service, and cleanup.
Want to add a little something extra before dinner? We also have several appetizer options available for your party.
You can add a cheese and cracker board, spinach dip with pumpernickel, shrimp cocktail, or buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips. We also offer an assortment of holiday cookies for groups that want to end the evening with something sweet.
These additions are especially nice for groups that want to mingle before sitting down for the main meal.
The person planning the Christmas party should get to enjoy it too. That’s why we provide a private bartender and staff to help keep your event running smoothly. From the holiday decorations to dinner and cleanup, we’re here to make your celebration easier from start to finish.
