Schedule Tee Time
“20 years ago a couple of us came up with the idea to get a group together and go out of town for a weekend to play golf and just be around the guys. We have a group of 16 golfers each year for our annual golf weekend. We have been to golf destinations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania—some locations were resorts, we booked through hotels or just found package deals on-line.
I had the pleasure of meeting Bob at the Cleveland Golf Show. At first, I found it hard to believe we could book unlimited golf, overnight accommodations, and breakfast and dinner right on the course for the price he quoted. I spoke to Barb and it was the easiest trip I ever booked. She handled everything for us and all we needed to do was show up.
Once we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and treated like part of the wonderful family that runs Spring Valley. Everyone enjoyed the course, food, entertainment, and the Spring Valley team that made our time spent with them a great experience.
Spring Valley exceeded every one of our expectations so much that we broke protocol and returned the following year (we’ve never visited a location two years in a row). Since then, we changed the location once—we have been back to Spring Valley every year since.
Bob and all of the staff have a complete understanding of customer service and make it very easy to plan a trip. A couple of emails back and forth and your weekend is booked. THIS IS OUR PLACE, THIS IS OUR AUGUSTA. We have no reason to look or go anywhere else. Spring Valley has what we want and the people there are truly remarkable.”
