Updates to Spring Valley Golf & Lodge for the 2024 Season
Bridges, fences, and landscaping enhancements have always been an ongoing process at the Spring Valley Golf & Lodge. However, for the 2024 season, we are proud to announce that these enhancements will be taken to a whole new level.
The old bridges have been replaced with brand-new ones, and the fences have been remolded to give a fresh and modern look to the entire golf course. Along with these changes, we have added new flowers and plants to beautify the landscape.
New Tee Signs Throughout the Course
To make navigation easier for our players, we have installed new tee signs throughout the course. These signs will provide accurate yardage measurements and other important information to help improve your game.
We understand the importance of technology in this day and age, which is why we have integrated the GHIN system into our operations. This will allow you to track your handicap and scores easily, making it more convenient for you to keep track of your progress.
Tree Removal and Turf Improvements
In order to maintain the quality of our turf, we have removed 34 large trees that were affecting the growth of the grass. We have also invested in a new greens mover and rough mover, which will result in better quality turf for our players to enjoy.
We strive to provide the best playing experience for our guests, which is why we have planned deep tine aerification of our greens in the fall of 2023. This process helps improve soil drainage and encourages root growth, making the greens play smoother and faster.
Brand New Club Carts to Cruise the Course in Style
In addition to these changes, we have purchased twenty brand-new 2024 Club Car carts to provide a comfortable and efficient mode of transportation for our players, which are set to arrive in June 2024. These state-of-the-art carts will offer even more features and comfort for our guests.
